A Study on Corporate Culture Based on the Huanghai Rubber Group Corporation

As a newly developed management theory, corporate culture has been attracting more and more Chinese companies’attention.There are six parts in this thesis:First, the review of the corporate culture theory, including the history, concept, characteristic and operation of the theory were made. Second, I analyzed the present situation of the corporate culture of Huanghai Rubber corporation. Third, an overview was made about the spirit culture,institutional culture and material culture. Fourth, the opportunity and challenge faced by Huanghai Rubber are analyzed, aiming at these, we offer the location, goal and procedure of new culture of Huanghai Rubber. Fifth, to explore the way that the culture of Huanghai Rubber faced in order to build an excellent culture in fulture. the sustainable corporate culture, the behavior culture, effect, direction and development of culture are necessarily paid attention. The sustainable corporate culture is the goal of Huanghai Rubber. Last, some suggestions for the practice of corporate culture in Chinese state-owned companies were offered.
