Electrostatic spraying technology is temporary with oil equipment will be through the high pressure electric field of the oil droplets with static electricity and even covered in metal products of the surface of the technology. The surface of the metal products quality and performance has the great significance. This technology has with oil quantity is little, obvious advantages of higher efficiency. Therefore, electrostatic spraying technology to get people paid attention. As for electrostatic spray technology research, has been in many places got widely studied.This paper is based on electrostatic spray technology with oil equipment in the spraying process fluid performance as the research object. Firstly, I introduce working principle, application and development. Secondly, the main application theory formula, experience parameters, calculating correlation parameters of the theoretical value. Again, in the process of computer simulation with oil machine set up the mathematical model of the internal fluid, according to the site condition in put forward a series of assumptions, under the premise of the fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis software FLUENT of spraying fluid internal effectively numerical simulation, the sword of the beam that pressure distribution, the velocity distribution, streamline track, local speed map, etc. Finally, through the experimental data and the simulation data contrast, validated the validity and feasibility of the simulation.For electrostatic coating machine oil internal fluid analysis and research can be extended to electrostatic spray technology research. Because in this aspect analysis is not many, the subject for this study can do further complement, and high pressure for loading electric field for the next step further simulation analysis provides the data support. This paper analyses the result of more real and effective.
