q With the acceleration of the process of reform of the publishing and distribution system and the entry of foreign capital, private bookstores face increasingly fierce competition. How macroeconomic management to effectively guide the healthy and rapid development of the private bookstores, is a problem worthy of study. Private bookstores has made remarkable achievements and has accumulated a lot of experience. Speaking from the perspective of cultural construction the private bookstores issue further prosperity of the book market, to meet the reading needs of readers, and to promote the construction of spiritual civilization. Single number, issued outlets gradually increased; cultivated a group of high-quality talent in terms of practitioners; establish a modern management philosophy from the terms of operation and management in the development process. In addition, private bookstores to society made a great contribution to not only promote employment, increase national income, and push forward the reform of state-owned distribution industry, and provide a reference and learn from the market-oriented reform of state-owned Xinhua Bookstore. But private bookstores issue has also exposed some problems in development, such as imperfect relevant laws and regulations, limited funds and literacy practitioners, resulting in a the private bookstores generally small scale, poor management, which cause poor information, restricting the issue further development.
