Purpose ① explore type 2 deiodinase Thr92A1a of polymorphism and correlation of northern China Han population simply hyperthyroidism (HT) and hyperthyroid heart disease (HHD). (2) analysis the hyperthyroidism (referred to as clinical features of hyperthyroidism) heart disease patients. ① polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) determination of the 79 cases of HHD patients and 81 normal controls who (CON), 80 HT patients, 80 cases of non-hyperthyroid patients with heart disease ( HD) 2 deiodinase Thr92Ala polymorphism, and calculate the genotype and allele frequencies. SPSS12.0 statistical package for data applications for statistical analysis among groups genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of fourfold table x2 test, P lt; 0.05 statistically significant. (2) A retrospective analysis of outpatient and ward of our hospital in October 2009 - May 2010, 57 patients were treated hyperthyroid heart disease and 80 cases of clinical data of patients with hyperthyroidism, recording their age, sex, duration of disease, thyroid hormone levels and goiter using SPSS12.0 software statistical analysis, the groups were compared using analysis of variance, hierarchical data using the Mann-Whitney rank sum test. Results ① the hyperthyroid heart attack group A / GG / G gene frequency of the G allele frequency higher than hyperthyroidism group, non-hyperthyroid heart disease group and the healthy control group, but the difference was not statistically significant; All hyperthyroidism group ( HT HHD) AG GG gene frequency, compared to the G allele frequency and the healthy control group were not significantly different. ② hyperthyroid heart disease complicated by cardiac dysfunction in 14 patients (24.6%), right ventricular function insufficiency in 11 patients (19.3%); five cases of cardiac function Ⅲ, are right heart dysfunction. Hyperthyroid heart disease Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia, a total of 44 cases (77.2%). Hyperthyroid heart disease patients with hyperthyroidism cause of type diffuse toxic goiter majority of 41 cases (71.9%), followed by Hashimoto's disease in 11 patients (19.3%). Hyperthyroid heart disease with hyperthyroidism group, the former is older, longer duration of higher levels, FT4, TSH levels, the difference was significant sex (F = 4.872 to 19.852, P lt; O.05). Conclusion ① type deiodinase Thr92Ala polymorphism with hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism heart disease in Chinese Han population no significant correlation. ② older, longer course, FT, higher levels of low, TSH levels, diffuse toxic goiter hyperthyroidism hyperthyroid patients more susceptible to heart disease; hyperthyroid heart disease is more likely to have the right heart dysfunction, atrial fibrillation.
