Property management industry to take root in our country totally dependent on welfare housing system reform and opening up, and brought the abolition of the rapid development of the real estate industry is to improve people’s living standards and socio-economic level of a concentrated expression. Since 1981, our nation experienced the first years of property management companies. Aroperty management industry in China with the booming real estate industry flourished through nearly three decades of development have made great progress. Currently in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, as the representative economically developed cities. The property management industry has begun to specialization, scale, market, property management companies and practitioners team is constantly growing. Property management industry has become the national economic growth, increasing social employment emerging industries.This thriving property management companies in Changsha incentives for the research object, theory with practice. The first property management companies in Changsha booming current situation of incentive mechanism, and then pointed out that the booming property management company in Changsha current incentive mechanism and causes major problems.
