Objective: By the end of the end of the disease rats Achilles tendon tissue MMP -1 , TIMP -1 changes as well as the relationship between the two , from the molecular level to reveal the end pathogenesis . Methods : 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group , the model , the prevention group , the treatment group , natural recovery group , n = 8 . Subjected to electrical stimulation of groups outside of the control group jumping modeling , modeling six weeks . Modeling the first three weeks of the prevention group , rest for half an hour after the end of the model , to the prevention of rats subjected to electro-acupuncture intervention until the end of the six weeks of modeling . After 6 weeks of treatment group made ??touch , subjected to electro-acupuncture therapy , once a day , six days a course of treatment , the day of rest , three courses of treatment , natural recovery the group modeling six weeks after conventional breeding . Using light and electron microscopy the end of the histological changes after the end of the experiment , using immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 level of the Achilles tendon end organization of the rats in each group . Results: 1. Jumping movement of electrical stimulation in rats subjected to six weeks , which marked the end of the disease signs , prevention rats weight signs state , jumping ability , effective jump frequency was significantly higher than the model group , the difference was statistically significance. Electron microscopy, light microscopy results show prevention group histomorphological rat Achilles tendon end of the treatment group relative to the model , the control group there were significant improvements in the pathological . Achilles tendon end of the model rats organizations all parts of MMP - 1 , TIMP -1 expression and MMP-1/TIMP-1 was significantly higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ; prevention group, MMP - 1 , TIMP - the 1 expression MMP-1/TIMP-1 value lower than the model , the difference was statistically significant ; treatment group, MMP - 1 , TIMP - 1 expression , and MMP-1/TIMP-1 value is lower than the natural recovery group , The difference was statistically significant . Conclusion: (1) six weeks jumping movement of electrical stimulation can lead to the end of the occurrence of the disease in rats , there was the end of the disease signs ; occurs rat Achilles tendon enthesiopathy the , end of the organization of the extracellular matrix metabolism disorders , MMP-1 and TIMP-1 abnormal expression , MMP-1/TIMP-1 pressure . 2 electric for the end of the rat Achilles tendon disease prevention role , through regulation of local tissue expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 , regulation of local collagen metabolism, promote tissue repair .
