The construction of urban river water environment is an important part of the urban planning and urban construction , with the rapid development of China 's urbanization , the environmental quality of life of urban residents began to decline , especially reflected in the deterioration of water environment of urban rivers . In response to this phenomenon , this study of the domestic and foreign water environmental capacity and total control study status quo and problems . Ganjiang camphor as the object of study , a preliminary study of the Gan River the camphor water pollution control and water quality prediction . Nemerow index based on its flow characteristics and hydrology , water quality of the measured data , Ganjiang camphor water quality assessment, analysis of water quality trends . The results showed that the mild pollution the Ganjiang camphor in some years . Survey of the Ganjiang camphor water quality monitoring for the year 2004 -2008 , and convection within various types of pollution sources , points to the dry season , the normal water wet period of evaluation of the status quo on water quality ; Based on this , the use of mathematical model for different periods of water environmental capacity analysis and measurement . Results, calculated based on the capacity of the water environment of the control area based on sustainable development , taken to retain part of the environmental capacity of the principles of the implementation of total control , calculate pollutant reductions or new increment , and following the appropriate pollution control measures : build a sewage treatment plant , to strengthen centralized control of urban pollution ; coastal industrial sources of pollution discharge standards and total control management ; emphasis on control of animal husbandry and aquaculture sewage pollution .
