This experiment established a determination of tea EGCG3 \varies greatly , and the high EGCG3 \Tea leaf in autumn and winter EGCG3 \highest . Analysis of the extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times on EGCG3 \Distilled water extraction can be achieved once the extraction rate of 90.42% . Drying temperature on tea EGCG3 \obtained after tea samples ; However, when the fresh leaves and then go through the microwave fixation after drying at different temperatures and found that 60 ℃ tea samples obtained after drying in EGCG3 \reimbursement is now using the same batch of raw materials from the processing of green tea, white tea and oolong tea EGCG3 \containing methylated catechin compounds ; tea in order to ensure high levels of EGCG3 \chemical synthesis , the first time in the country reagent is methyl iodide , in different reaction conditions , product by LC-MS and NMR Isolation EGCG obtained five kinds of methylated product as a methyl catechin further research and utilization provides a theoretical basis .
