Food consumption in the field of consumers' right protection to eliminate information asymmetry of power balance between consumers and operators to enhance the transparency of food consumption. The part of the main comparative research explores the foreign food consumption in the consumers 'right to the protection of the legal system, and that foreign food safety management is to protect consumers' right to know the main line, highlighting the dominant position of the consumer, at the same time in order to enrich perfect measures of administrative law, economic law measures to achieve effective protection of the food consumer's right to know, is worthy of our country to learn from; fifth part of the consumers' right to protection of the path in the field of food consumption.
