Slurry pipeline transportation is a liquid (usually water) as a carrier through the pipeline conveying granular materials. This flow drag reduction phenomenon has been widely used in the field of fire, military, water conservancy, oil pipeline, and achieved good results. Currently, research in this area target is to continuously improve its drag reduction efficiency at the same time, as far as possible to enhance its shear stability and reduce the cost. Experiment can be preliminary selection of additives for the B, C, and optimal concentration of 50ppm. The project is expected to enable the the phosphate concentrate transmission capacity increased to 10 million tons, and annual savings of transportation costs 3,000,000 DRA conditions from wet process phosphoric acid output value, reduce the cost of production of phosphoric acid, and choose no precedent with the promotion and application value.
