This paper details the design and implementation of the the under small of Human Resoure system in the B / S structure tools . System using the human-computer interface development tools , combined with the hierarchical design method , drawing on the modular thinking , in order to improve the maintainability , reliability, and functionality of the system scalability . Use the SSH framework as well as WEB 2.0 technologies . Easy to use and deploy , easy to manage system interface . The persistence layer using Hibernate technology can accelerate the progress of the development of the system , and provides support for object buffer to improve system performance. The overall structure of the system design of the interface components , component management through the Spring , to reduce the code execution , in order to provide a higher level of system reliability . The structural design of object-oriented design and analysis system , design a database model , a static entity model . Employee class to represent employees in the system information ; Department classes to represent employees of the department , the Department class Employee class is a many-to-one relationship ; LaborContract class on behalf of the labor contract with the Employee class is a a corresponding relationship . Detailed database design chapter describes the database model , design principles, the analysis of the data table , and the creation process , and detailed data tables cited part of the module content . Introduced in the area of system test platform structures , as well as how to unit test and the overall test .
