The Improvement Research in Supply Logistics of Fuxin Mining Group

With FuXin Mining Group expanding, grouping seems more and more important, and the internal controls play a prominent role as well, especially in the supplement of logistics management. It reduces costs and improves efficiency.This thesis presents the optimization of the supply logistics of Fuxin Mining Group from four aspects including the rebuilding of the organization, the proposing of MRP (material requirements planning), the optimization of the procurement management and the coordination of the storage centre. The“matrix”management is introduced and the information flow is increased to rebuild the flatten supply logistics organization.On aspect of MRP, statistics approach is applied to combine the individual requirements of the accessories and the materials of multi-equipment to requirements in unit time. On aspect of procurement link, based on the original mode, add in quality and price comparison method and create supplier record to improve information management. On aspect of storage ability, barcode technology, EDI technology and the improvement of EIQ Inventory Management are applied to make some improvement.Finally, analytical hierarchy process and vague comprehensive evaluation system is applied to make the comprehensive evaluation about the stability of the optimization of the Supply Logistics of Fuxin Mining Group.The research presented in this paper will establish a good foundation to enhance production efficiency; boost our spirits and competition. It will be a milestone for Fuxin mining group management.
