Research on the study of relationship between core self-evaluation and job satisfaction has received a great deal of attention abroad, and been demonstrated the affection from core self-evaluation to job satisfaction by some scholars. But in China, research on core self-evaluation is less. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to demonstrate whether this variable was suitable for Chinese employees, and whether the core self-evaluation and job satisfaction were positive correlation. In addition, the paper introduces the variable of organizational justice, which will affect the relationship between core self-evaluation and job satisfaction.In this study,214 questionnaires were collected, using SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.7 empirical analysis software, we can get the following conclusions:(1)there was a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation and job satisfaction, which means employees’job satisfaction will be higher if they have more high core self-evaluation.(2)there is a positive relationship between core self-evaluation and organizational justice, indicating employees who have high evaluation of theirselves, more perception of organization justice will be accepted, then the result perception of fairness will be stronger.(3)this study examined the intermediary role of organization justice in the relationship between core self-evaluation and job satisfaction. The enterprise create a more fire organizational climate, people with higher CSE actually choose higher levels of justice perception of their work situations, which directly increases their job satisfaction.
