B City Productivity Center Case Study of Performance Appraisal

At present , China is in a profound social transformation and economic change , reform of institutions as an indispensable part of economic and social change in the intensity of reform and progress facing higher requirements , needs reform, mechanisms to adjust on the basis of organic combination of macro and micro level , management innovation , to jointly promote the pace of development in order to adapt to the times . This article is from the micro-level , performance appraisal as a fulcrum , on the reform of the internal management of the institutions , in the hope that the performance appraisal reforms as the starting point to promote the reform of public institutions and the level of management to enhance some inspiration and reference . The wave of change driving the reform process of the institutions , our institutions continue to introduce performance appraisal management philosophy , innovation compared with the original appraisal system , but still faces some of the more prominent issues .
