Gangue constantly stacked to form a waste dump is not only a direct occupation of land caused by land pollution , and threatened vegetation growth , resulting in the mine air pollution , serious pollution of surface water and groundwater , and waste dump may collapse and explosion . Therefore , the safety evaluation of the rock hill is a treasure and the need for rational use of land resources is the need of the protection of the environment , but also to protect the people 's production and life safety needs . Gangue in the long-term stacking process not only causes environmental impact , and will be , directly or indirectly , the personal safety of harm , there are security risks . The gangue specific potential hazards : atmospheric pollution , contaminated soil , contaminated surface water , contaminated groundwater , gangue dump explosion waste dump collapsed , radiation contamination . Therefore , starting from the point of view of safety in production , it is the strict control and management . In this paper, AHP application of fault tree analysis method for determining the cause of the waste dump potentially dangerous evaluation index weight , to establish a total of three levels , comparing seven potential risk factors , the maximum credible accident after the analysis of the waste dump explosion ; waste dump explosion this a maximum credible accident further qualitative and quantitative calculation , come to structure the highest two important factors , caused by climate and environmental conditions ; final application of fuzzy mathematics in the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory the Waste Dump overall risk evaluation ; coal mine the Waste Dump safety system established waste dump green reclamation instance application . Through this research : the application of AHP and Fault Tree Analysis to identify potentially hazardous waste dump exists , application of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to conduct a safety assessment of the waste dump , the last of the prevention and treatment of the waste dump piled exist measures.
