The Semiquantitative Value of Cerebral Perfusion Imaging for Assessment of the Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen with Drug Therapy on Patients with Delayed Encephalopathy of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Objective: To compare the carbon monoxide poisoning (COP) in patients with delayed encephalopathy the joint drugs before and after treatment in a hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT) brain perfusion SPECT findings , combined with brain magnetic resonance (MR ) detection and inspection of the rating scale to evaluate its superiority and clinical significance . Methods : 34 cases of patients with delayed encephalopathy in COP accept 20 to 40 times HBO combined with drug treatment and before treatment , with double cysteine ??ethyl ester ( 99m sup> Tc-ECD) brain SPECT perfusion scan semi-quantitative method for treatment monitoring and comparative analysis . Cranial MR and rating scale examination of 34 patients at the same time . Results : HBO before and after treatment , COP patients with delayed encephalopathy cerebral blood flow perfusion to reduce the area significantly improved brain SPECT perfusion semi-quantitative values ??have significant differences , and brain magnetic resonance imaging before and after treatment was no significant difference . Conclusion : Brain SPECT perfusion semi- quantitative method imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of the COP delayed encephalopathy efficacy monitoring and HBO .
