The job well-being is that people take personal efforts to achieve the perfect real experiences and the feelings of development of their cause and capabilities.In this study, based on collection and analysis of the job well-being of the employee in IT corporation in Guangdong province, the open questionnaire investigation and structural interview, we explored and confirmed the structure of the job well-being of the employee in IT corporation in Guangdong province with the methods of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. At last, variance analysis was used to study the demographic effects on the job well-being of the employee in IT corporation in Guangdong province.The results showed:(1) The structure of the job well-being of the employee in IT corporation in Guangdong province comprises five factors:salary satisfaction,interpersonal relationship harmony, self-actualizationjob freedom,and development space (2) The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the five-factor-model is the best one. (3) six demographic variables:sex, age, educational level, the length of service, the income, and the rank have significant effects on the job well-being of the employee in IT corporation in Guangdong province. (4)The correlation analysis manifested that the job well-being of the employee in IT Corporation in Guangdong province had positive relationship with the job involvement, had positive relationship with the organizational citizenship behavior, and had negative relationship with the dimission
