Environmental education is fundamental to deal with various environmental problems. Environmental education indicate that with the education to inform people about the environment, awareness of environmental issues and foster environmental awareness, and access to environmental pollution and prevent new environmental problems resulting. The purpose of environmental education is enable people in the relationship between man and nature to establish a correct attitude to protect human environment by members of society. The major contents include environmental awareness education, environmental ethics and moral education, environmental protection and technical education, environmental policy, law and behavioral education.Currently, United States, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Brazil, Colombia and Taiwan region of China have environmental education legislation. Environmental education legislation will become the international trend. More from the macro level of academic education legislation on the environment study, that is, the law on the development of a national environmental education and the need to studv the contents should have, and rarely from the local point of view, to an area of environmental education legislation Research.
