Research of Security Computer Board Testing System Based on Embedded System

With the development of computer technology, embedded technology has become an important field of computer components. In this paper, we use the embedded technology to build a teseting system for measuring the security computer’s planel circuit-board’s connetion relationship.Security computer is mainly used as the key areas of rail transportation and some other important situation, as high reliability it is. Because of its advanced technology, in many important areas it has a wide range of uses, our country now is very concern the development of the security computer research, and this thesis is to build a testing system can detect the security computer’s back panel circuit board.There are many connectors on the security computer’s back panel circuit board. On the line of the traditional manual way of measuring low down the working efficiency and it is easy to emerge error and so on. Therefore it is necessary to introduce an automatic testing system. Therefore, we designed a set of based on ARM7 embedded system as a control center for testing. The system is low-cost, easy to operate, measuring data accurately. And its development cycle is very short.This thesis describes in detail about based on ARM7 microcontroller LPC2214 with FPGA and digital interface circuit, the development and realization process of the testing system for the security computer’s back panel board. It mainly includes the design and implementation of hardware, software design and implementation. On the part of hardware circuit design, we introduce embedded processor LPC2214 as the core chip, and we also design power supply circuit, reset circuit, system clock circuit, the serial circuit, interface circuit and so on. On the part of software design, it refers to ARM software design, FPGA software development, and the latter to deal with C++ program.Finally, the testing system can be directly used for the practice of testing the security computer’s board, the use of test results can be generated directly to generate the EDA software’s network labels for schematic drawing, and has played a very good effect.
