With the power supply system in the nation-building, the importance of people’s lives increase the security of electricity supply room by people more and more attention, due to room set up over a broad area of human resources are relatively scarce, not in each room is equipped with person on duty, so can not keep abreast of equipment failure and exclusion, resulting in normal users can not power, even some of the disastrous consequences, such as fire, etc.Based on the actual system requirements, designing a real-time video capture on the remote computer room monitoring system, to solve the above problems can easily arise. This paper studies the popular video compression technology, and selected according to the needs of the project site is more suitable for remote transmission of the H264 video compression technology, then the front room of the sub-video, audio, voltage, temperature, smoke, flooding, card readers, etc. integration of information collection for the hardware design, real-time collection and upload monitoring center server, and finally by monitoring real-time display of each sub-terminal information on the front room, control center personnel on duty anywhere in real-time query information to detect specific room anomalies. While the system also allows staff attendance, remote intercom functions.Finally, in practice, the platform has been verified. System with a good performance by the overall test under the design requirements. During commissioning, praise by using the unit, the system in the entire operation showed good safety and stability, the platform program has been verified in practice and improvements. In addition the system is simple, user-friendly interface and so on.
