With the development of society, the values of the after 80’s employees become more diversified, they advocate freedom and equality. In view of the special of the after 80’s employees, how the companies can improve the satisfaction and loyalty of them. It has become an issue that is worth of study and discussion. Many companies are committed to improve the job satisfaction of employees, but whether the organizational commitment can improve or not. Is this way effective? So it is significant on the research on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the after 80’s employees.The paper choose the empirical research methods, selected a distribution in Liaoning, Beijing and Jilin. The number of the after 80’s employees is 165. The research on relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment is based on the questionnaire.The following part is the structure of this paper:Part I, introduction. This chapter describes the background, the significant of the research, the methods of the research, the content of the research and the innovations of the research.Part II, literature review. This chapter includes the review the relevant theories of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, the relationship between them and the after 80’s.Part III, design of empirical research. This chapter describes the definition of research variables, the framework of the research, the methods of the research, the hypotheses of the research and the questionnaire.Part IV, empirical research. This chapter analyzes the significant effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment which is based on the statistical variables of individual after 80’s employees. Then, it analyzes the relation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. At last, it verifies the causal relationship by regression analysis. PartⅤ, conclusions and recommendations. In this chapter, I conclude the paper, explain the shortcomings and propose the directions of the further research. According to the results for research, propose appropriate measures to improve job satisfaction and organization commitment of the after 80’s employees.
