China is a large agricultural country, \In the great project of building a harmonious society and a new socialist countryside , we found that the majority of the population of Chinese farmers is the sound of the weakest groups in the community , most groups lack the rights to speak . Farmers the right to speak is not only an economic issue but also a political problem , the majority of farmers \Therefore, how to promote the growth of farmers ' right to speak , raise farmers as the main building of new countryside and the ultimate beneficiaries of the enthusiasm of the current government and society is a major issue that must be addressed . Into the path of farmers organizations in a missing status and the reasons on the basis of analysis of the farmers ' right to speak , Hengyang , Hunan peasant activism organization , for example , to explore the significance of the organization of farmers for the growth of farmers ' right to speak .
