This study, literature analysis , questionnaire , behavioral event interview and confirmatory factor analysis on the status of the special education teacher competency empirical research . Exploration of the city 's special education teachers need competence traits , and Heilongjiang Province, part of the special education teacher competency test assessment . This study is divided into three parts : research : literature review , questionnaire and behavioral event interviews and other methods to explore the structure of special education teachers competency , build a theoretical model of the special education teachers competency . This study , a special education teacher competency consists of five dimensions . Research : a theoretical model based on the preparation of a closed \Study : to the self special education teachers competency self-assessment questionnaire as a tool of the status quo of the Heilongjiang Province, part of the special education teacher competency evaluation, in order to examine the level of competence of the special education teachers in Heilongjiang Province of the status quo . The results show that there are significant differences : different seniority , different educational background and different type of school where special education teachers in each Competency level . Try of the study on the establishment of the special education teacher professional competency evaluation system . The results for the training and selection of special education teachers to provide a more comprehensive and objective competency measurement tools .
