Adult Attachment refers to "the intense and enduring emotion bond between individual with the current partner". As the development and continuation of children’s attachment, it had attracted foreign scholars’extensive attention from the mid-1980s. The results have indicated that:Adult Attachment has great influences on individuals’emotion, cognition, emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, and so on. The college students as a special group who just get into adulthood, their physiology and psychology are maturing and their personality are perfecting. Following this process, college students’ adult attachment is gradually formed and further affects the psychology of college students. This study selected 568 college students who are from five universities in the area of Harbin for the test, to survey the condition of their family environment, personality traits and adult attachment by the method of questionnaire. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship among college students’family environment, personality traits and adult attachment, and the focal point is to explore how family environment, personality traits have an impact on college students’ adult attachment. The result of this research can provide theoretical and practical guidance for college students’psychology health education. Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) It has a gender difference in the college students’ family internal environment; the score of the boy is significantly higher than girls on the factors of Achievement Orientation, Organization and Control.(2) There is a significant influence on college students’ family internal environment from the factors of family exterior environment, includes the place where the college students come from, whether they are from the only child family, and their parents’educational background. (3) Attachment type of distribution for college students is as follows:Fearful style shared highest rate 40.3%, preoccupied style shared 29.5%, dismissing and secure style each shared 18.6%,11.6%.(4) Adult attachment has no gender difference, but the factors of family exterior environment, includes the place where the college students come from, and whether they are from the only child family has a significant difference on college students’ adult attachment.(5) There a significant influence on college students’adult attachment from their family environment and personality traits, and there is an impact on relations for family environment and adult attachment with personality traits as an intervening variable.
