Case teaching is teaching and curriculum reform in recent years, in one of the hot topics , has now penetrated into the various disciplines of basic education curriculum . Simply put , case teaching is based on the teaching objectives , teaching content needs and students' cognitive level , using a typical case as a teaching support to teachers in preparing cases for clues , the corresponding problem by individual student learning, group discussion, class discussion and other forms, so that students in the context of positive thinking on specific issues , mutual cooperation, to improve students apply theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve problems of the ability of a teaching method . Case teaching is an important and effective teaching methods , has many of its own characteristics and advantages in the development of students 'intelligence , to improve students' ability has obvious advantages, is an important theory with practice teaching form , teaching in the philosophical sense plays a very important role. However , case teaching philosophy of common sense in teaching also has shortcomings . Case is a description of a particular aspect of the problem , it is irreplaceable systematic theoretical teaching . Only a certain amount of theoretical knowledge in order to analyze cases. In this sense , we can say : the theory is the basis for teaching , case is teaching supplement.
