Since the 1980s, along with the reform and opening up and the impact of the market economy, people at home a profound change occurred with the concept of marriage, the divorce rate is rising year by year, gradually increased the number of single-parent families. Single-mother families as a presence in the form of single-parent families account for a large proportion of all single-parent families, and their number is also showing a rising trend. Studies have shown that accounted for nearly 90% of the total number of all single-parent families, single-mother families, of which nearly half of single-mother families living in poverty, single-parent poor mothers family problems has become a problem can not be ignored, increasing attention in academia and all levels of government attention. This will be a Women's Federation workers point of view, to conduct a detailed investigation of Jinan City single poor mothers family, and analysis focus its economic base, employment income, health, and education for their children, and strive to obtain accurate, detailed data for academic research to provide a reference for the government to provide data to support the implementation of the single poor mothers family assistance, provide the basis for the single poor mothers family assistance laws and regulations introduced. In this paper, single poor mothers family problems to take research methods, research involving a total of Jinan City flyover, Huaiyin, Licheng 57 streets of the city's five district offices, 330 community. Research-related surveys include income, housing, children's education, social security and other basic situation, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with empirical investigation depth interviews, questionnaires, literature research, case analysis, from multiple angles and dimensions of women's federations play a role in solving the single poor mothers family problems and problems encountered. According to the study results, the following policy recommendations: First, through the introduction of relevant laws and regulations, relief work, long-term mechanism to form a single poor mothers; provide job training for single poor mothers, by helping them to employment, entrepreneurship, increase household income, alleviate the economic pressure; Third, efforts to increase the rights to create a social environment conducive to single poor maternal employment; through the promotion of the development of social assistance and social welfare system, to provide more benefits for single poor mother families: Establish single The poor mothers family psychological assistance mechanism, so that they more confident to face life.
