General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB) is currently widely used in an automatic test system set up the way , it is the computer technology and powerful test instrument together with test speed , high accuracy , powerful, good scalability etc., so in all areas of testing has been widely used. This distributed via GPIB automated test system development , introduction of GPIB communication theory , focusing on IEEE-488/IEEE-488.2 communication protocol implementations VB environment , introduced the automatic test system formation method and architecture , as well as measuring instruments brief. Details of the superconducting thin film conductivity and temperature and the superconducting critical current principle, through Visual Basic6.0 commonly used application software called dynamic link library (DLL), form an automatic test system , the realization of the (10K- temperature ) range within the superconducting critical temperature and the critical current film automatic data measurement , data acquisition, data analysis , and finally through OLE ( object Linking and Embedding ) automation technology for the control of Excel handles , which directly controls the Excel series of operations to achieve the organic connection between VB and Excel , to achieve a data storage, chart generation . Another computer measurement data obtained in terms of accuracy and timeliness aspects must meet the measurement instrument performance requirements, interface buttons , curve controls the shape and layout should the measurement instrument panel coincide. Also test system using a superconducting thin film of magnesium diboride superconducting thin five samples for testing , the test of the superconducting thin film made ??of the critical temperature RT and the RI curve to achieve the design goal. From the test results reflect the superconducting thin film critical temperature Tc and the critical current Ic consistent relationship Finally, the system development process is summarized , prospects of the current automatic test system development trend , pointing out that further research is needed to do the main work .
