This paper analyzes design CAN bus the aluminum electrolytic distributed control system . CAN bus is chosen because it has excellent performance , low- cost , reliable communications , and more widely in the control system . The aluminum electrolytic distributed control system divided into two modes , the host computer commitment system management , lower machine aluminum reduction cell production control . Each workshop set a platform-bit machine , managing dozens of under -bit machine , the complete set of lower machine parameters to send control commands and monitoring tasks of various operations . Upper and lower computer connected through the CAN bus the star network information exchange . The hardware design of the system , the host computer intelligent communication card with lower machine communication . The lower machine microprocessor choose the intel 80386EXCPU board CAN communication controller selects SJA1000 CAN bus drives using 82C250 . Host computer through the the ISA interface control circuit to complete the data communication access to the CAN controller . CAN controller and CAN transceiver in order to improve the anti-jamming capability , using optical isolation circuit , power supply isolation , the pull-up resistor , bus matching resistor measures . The software is designed with C language programming , design a message to send and receive communications module . Receiver module , the bus off , false alarms , receiver overflow situation better handling . The entire control system in Guizhou Aluminum experiments were carried out with a certain practicality .
