Research of Software Project Quality Management Based on Development Process

Along with the development of the national economy and software industry, the size and complexity of software had been expanding and improving, software quality become more and more difficult to manage. How to actualize software quality management under the conditions of existing software engineering technology in our country is the industry’s primary problems to be solved. In this paper, the basic process of software is the main line the CMM2-level model is the main research thought. Through the establishment of project-level software quality assurance system, this thesis studies how to develop the software plan and how to implement quality control techniques and methods in all stages of software development process in order to improve software product quality and improve users’ satisfaction with the software.In the first chapter of this thesis, primary coverage includes introducing purpose and significance of this thesis’s topics, analyzing current situation of research on domestic and foreign software quality management, it focuses on the process of software development methods and models at home and abroad and finally listing research content and organizational structure.The second chapter of thesis is mainly about theory, it has mainly the following aspects: an overview of software quality, the thought of process management, the relationship between software process and software quality, introducing the processes and methods of software quality management, a detailed analysis of the CMM2-level software quality model, and summarized research focuses on the key process areas from the CMM2-level in this paper.The topic of chapter III of this thesis is the research of quality assurance system. It discusses software project quality assurance system organization, the distribution of roles and quality responsibilities of the roles, quality system documents, studies the quality review process and how to correct software defect in the software development process.The topic of chapter IV of this thesis is the software development quality plan, includes quality management plan and quality support programs of the software development project. Analysis focused on the formulation of quality objectives, quality evaluation methods including process quality evaluation and software product quality evaluation, evaluation plan, configuration management plan and test management plan.Chapter V is about the quality control through the phases of system analysis and design, it studies the quality control process, quality control points and methods in these stages.Chapter VI is the quality control through in system implementation phase; it focuses on the quality control process, quality control points and methods in coding, and studies testing process, strategy and defect management method.Last chapter is the full text of thesis’ summary and outlook, summarizes contents of the full text studies and research results, points out the direction process-oriented software quality management in the future research.
