In today’s world, with the rapid development of information technology, information technology to economic development and social progress brought about a profound impact of information technology has become the measure of the magnitude of a country or region important indicator of the level of modernization. With the computer network and computer technology development and application of high-speed expansion of the scope of the enterprise collaboration and efficient office environment, are becoming more widely applied to large corporations which, it not only can greatly improve the overall office efficiency, but also can effectively reduce the corporate office costs, to achieve the ideal paperless office.Papers from the present situation of office systems, elaborated overview of development in office automation at home and abroad, on this basis, the use of object-oriented programming ideas, using B/S model and the three-tier system. Net framework using C# Developer language and Microsoft Visual Studio. Net development environment, and SQL Server 2000 database management tools to achieve the office systems, and use authentication mechanisms, safety measures to improve the system robustness. Everyday office as the center, through various departments and functions to set resource access permissions to access division. Through the system requirements analysis, functional modules designed to determine the system to achieve the functionality and programming of news management, and user information management, role management, access management, system log management, IP management, and information dissemination functions. System in development, using AJAX technology. The use of AJAX technology, giving users greater operational experience, improve the system’ s overall performance, reducing the server load. Real-time reminders, data update without refreshing the page, client-side data validation and other measures to speed up the implementation of both the system response speed, but also to reduce the burden on the server.
