The advent of the information age and rapid development with growing demand for knowledge, so that people’s learning in the direction toward lifelong learning transition. The existing education system and learning model can no longer meet the needs of learners. Provide greater and more flexible learning model for learners, particularly for the learners of all the ages from the existing level of the education system, the time and space constrains mode for learning, as all of the current and future direction of distance education efforts. The universal network、the application of communication technology and multimedia technology, promoting the development of distance education and more and more learners can accept this style. Distance education from initial distance learning to e-learning, provide independent environment for many learners. At the same time, the loneliness in network learning、lack of communication and other issues also attracted the attention of scholars. How to overcome these problems, let learners to better learning become the distance education must be solved issues. In this background, virtual learning community as a new mode of learning has emerged.Although the history of research and development in virtual learning community only a few years, but its own unique advantages won support of many learners, the education sector in many counties pay much attention to it. Virtual learning community belongs to e-learning, It stressed community、interaction of these concepts, It is a cooperative learning. The virtual learning community aims to help learners build community concept, to overcome the loneliness in network learning. In this paper, introduced the background of virtual learning community and domestic and international development of virtual learning community, raised that interaction plays an important role in virtual learning community. Analyze the purpose and significance in study of interactive strategy; from sociology, psychology, teaching theory and other aspects analysis the basis for the presence of interaction. Analysis the interactive status in virtual learning communities, find out the problems in it. Make use ofrelevant theory as virtual learning community well-designed interactive strategy. Help learners to achieve effective and positive learning is the intent of this paper.
