Shunt Active Power Filter commonly used harmonic detection algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power theory , the method can accurately detect the harmonic current grid contains , but also the existence of complex hardware design the large amount of computation , real-time response speed is very unpleasant , and distortion phenomenon in the nonlinear load changes . In response to these issues , this article from the DC bus voltage control loop and double-loop control of active power filter compensation current loop angle of view, omitted harmonic current detection module active power filter current relationship , and energy conservation theoretical arguments , based on supply current double closed-loop control strategy harmonic detection method , no longer need complex hardware design and testing of harmonic currents , and retain dual closed loop current control loop , and has a detection accuracy launched on this basis , real-time response speed and robustness . Finally, based on the LMS adaptive inverse control theory to establish the mathematical model of closed-loop control of the new active power filter , designed a high-performance active power filter . Using PSIM power system simulation software , and a three-phase three-wire shunt active power filter object simulation demonstrates the correctness and feasibility In this paper, the dual closed-loop control strategy . On this basis , this paper carried out the system 's hardware and software design , and TI's TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the core processor , the design of the main control board . This article focuses on the control panel of the APF core sampling current signal conditioning circuitry , synchronization signal and phase lock circuit , and optocoupler isolation circuit and intelligent power module and the drive circuit design principles ; design of the experimental apparatus for active power filter , in laboratory for the debugging of the system some of the features . The experimental results show that this dual closed-loop control of three-phase active power filter has good compensation characteristic .
