The Comparative Research between the Design of Traditional Ceramic Fractal and the Design of Computer Ceramic Fractal

The computer design of ceramic decal is a new development stage of the traditional design of ceramic decal. It plays the role of supplementary the traditional design of ceramic decal, gives full play to designer’ s creative idea, and refresh the future market of ceramic decal design.This thesis mainly deals with the traditional and computer design of ceramic decal by means of comparative research, including researching the significance and purpose, analyzing the current domestic and international research situation, demonstrating the development process of ceramic decal and the traditional handmade design of ceramic decal, discussing the auxilary way and superiority of computer decal design to the traditional decal design, as well as the intergrowing of the two sides, such as the handmade design of ceramic decal, the practical application of computer design software to the ceramic decal design. A sery of comparative research suggests that the computer design not only brings in new methods to the ceramic decal design, but provides theoretical proof to the design practice of ceramic decal, so it is a new research of transforming the craft line of ceramic decal design industry. Besides, the connection between the computer and the traditional ceramic decal design practically promotes the work effeciency of both the enterprise and the customer more than the traditional way. It is hoped that this thesis cultivates the ceramic decal designer’ s creative idea and brings positive influences to the ceramic decal design industry in China.
