Nearer in the last years, through expanding the international market, strengthening the technique development devotion, its market share raises continuously, and having become one of the world largest Tantalum, Niobium, Beryllium producer. But along with the fast development of the IT industry, the need of the foundation original material is increasing, causing the domestic and the international investment and expanding fever, at the same time, the two greatest Tantalum Niobium producers carrying on the blockader to the NONM at the technique, resources and the market aspect, local rival quickly expand the ability of productivity, the new competitor joins continuously, the international and domestic competition is gradually vigorous. Adopt what strategy to reply the rigorous challenge, is the urgent matter of the moment.This paper takes the NONM as the research object, the framework of SWOT analysis, the application of EFE, IFE Matrix NONM Group on internal and external environmental factors to quantitative evaluation, obtained at the company’s external opportunities and internal strengths of the state co-exist, and further combination of analysis of strategic choice NONM Group - an extension of product chain strategy and the strategic choice of the reasons in detail.
