Company with the interval economical development, the scale of our country’s communication construction is more and more huge. The industry of communication design is faced to kinds of new chances. Simultaneously, with the consummation of market economic, the competitions aggravates year after year. It is exigent and important to process the competition strategy research of the communication design company.This article uses the methods of case research with the directions of competitions strategy and anatomies the competitions situation of SuZhou Communication Design & Research institute. On the base of analysis to the trade of SCDR company, PEST analysis of company and Port’s five factors analysis with the company, this paper analyses the interior resource of SCDR company and selects the competitions strategy. It puts forward that the differentiated competition strategy is a appropriate competition strategy to SCDR company. From the image differentia, production differentia, service differentia and market appropriate, this paper studies the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy.This paper analyses the work-flows and every processes of communication design, and definitudes the meaning of management and essentiality of management. By meticulous analysis on operational management of SCDR company, it finds the existent questions and the causations. From the aspects such as optimization of administrant structure, cultivation and occupational plan to the designer, construction of company culture, the paper brings forward corresponding methods and measures to assure the implementation of differentiated competition strategy.
