The psychological contract, linking between the employee and enterprise , is also the key factor which affects the staff’s behavior and the attitude. This paper through to the psychological contract and human resources management theories’s elaboration, targeting on the questions which exist in Zhuzhou Tianyi Industry Limited Company’s Human Resource Management, under the psychological contract theory’s instruction, proposes the solution, innovates this enterprise’s human resources management system, promote this enterprise’s human resources operational effectiveness, providing the beneficial instruction for promoting this enterprise overall strategy implementation, raising the performance of enterprises, and producing the greatly significance to other related enterprises .This paper includes three aspects: The first part elaborated the psychological contract and the human resources management theories, as well as psychological contract in enterprise human resources management application; The second part has analyzed Zhuzhou Tianyi Industry Limited Company human resources management present situation, and carried on the analysis on the existing question, and discussed the innovation of based on the psychological contract of human resource management; The third part by utilization psychology contract’s theories, specifically from the introduction of staff, the pay system, staff training, encouraging manner, career-channel, performance appraisal, business and culture and so on, described Zhuzhou Tianyi Industry Limited Company human resources management and innovative measures to be implemented.This paper targeting on human resources management innovation research based on the psychological contract, obtained some valueful applied achievement, namely revolving the entire process of human resources management, including human resources introduction, training, professional salaries, professional career’s construction, performance appraisal and so on many links, applying psychological contract basic principle in these links and process, thus achieving the goal of promoteing the staff psychology degree of satisfaction and promoting human resources management’s benefit.
