Jiangmen Changhong color Yintiezhiguan , plant in the fierce market competition , facing unprecedented difficulties in the case of lack of core competitiveness , Changhong how to seize the opportunity to overcome difficulties , develop the competitive strategy , quickly reverse the current operating trapped Bureau , is a turning point in the fate of Changhong . In this paper, analysis of the actual situation by Changhong using industry competitive forces model , three basic competitive strategies , theory of core competence and value chain model more comprehensive analysis of Changhong , seeking an appropriate competitive strategy . First , the regional characteristics of the industry , the metal packaging industry in the Pearl River Delta development , analysis , and application of the five forces competitive model to analyze the current competitive environment in Changhong , looking for strengths and weaknesses of the internal and external corporate : and then use SWOT analysis model , combined with the five Forces Analysis and Strategic Choice relational tables to explore the competitive strategy of Changhong , and select strategic type : a strategic manner and in accordance with the physical environment of the industries and enterprises which choose . Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the corporate strategy , Changhong should strengthen internal inadequacies corrections to improve the basic management construction , strengthen the management of finance, personnel, administrative , nurture a corporate culture , improve product quality , reduce business risk , and through the organization framework adjustments to ensure the implementation of the strategy .
