At the ever-changing era of knowledge economy, stimulating all the staffs’ enthusiasm and creativity , is the key to maintain vitality and enhance competitiveness of the enterprise. Effective work performance can increase employee’s satisfaction and make them have a sense of accomplishment, on the other hand, it is useful to activate the enthusiasm of working. However, as a result of performance appraisal has many characteristics such as: multi-cause, multiaspect, dynamic, subjectivity factor, managers’ misunderstanding, lack of tools and methods to evaluate. All the factors make it difficult to achieve the advantage of performance appraisal. Wherefore, to achieve the effectiveness of enterprise performance appraisal, it is important to ensure the target, select appropriate methods, correctly evaluate staff’s performance, and reduce subjective factors, in order to inspirit staff and develop enterprise. So, employee performance appraisal become an important issue for all the enterprise.The Theme mainly focuses on the system of JMC frame plant employee performance appraisal. Seeking a new way for Performance appraisal system, study how to make employees more active and efficient, how to improve business efficiency and achieve business goals. And hopes through all the study, it can enhance the management resource, and effectively promote business to run well. Based on the significance and background of the topic, analyzing the main achievements in domestic and abroad, combining with practice. Then briefly state the concept, theory and methods of the performance appraisal, in order to enhance the value of human capital, as well as making employees and businesses get development. Concerning the deficiencies of JMC present performance appraisal system, such as single appraisal method, irregular performance appraisal system ,etc , the thesis puts forward to establish performance appraisal system. The thesis takes the performance feedback as the important component of the performance appraisal, it can improve the satisfaction of the employees during the procedure and ensure good implement of performance appraisal..
