In the industry automatic control system, if adopted the Ether network and field bus technology, it world come true system networking and improve system function and openness. However, these control networks are always based on wire network. High-speed and stable wire network can meet mostly industrial environment combined networks’need, but the wire network transmit data only along one-dimensional circuit by correspondence medium, which brings a series of work about transmission way such as layout wiring, interface fitting beforehand, circuit detection and circuit dilatation, these work could bring the problems of building breakage, wasting interfaces and difficult repair and expanding inevitably.In the wicked industrial environment, the wireless network transmit data to three-dimensional space doesn’t need transfer medium, if installs the interface equipment in the combined network, the LAN is established which supply the flexible network topology frame and high-strap wireless data link for communication between variedly field intelligent facilities、mobile robots and variedly automatic facilities. The mobile terminal installs wireless network card, which can connect the network freely in the receive range. Therefore, the wireless communication technology makes up the wire network’s shortage effectively in the special environment and perfects the industry automatic control network’s correspondence capability farther.This thesis elaborates the foundation techniques of wireless LAN and the wire industrial ether net technique. The wireless correspondence system model is established which suit for industry control by studying the key technique of wireless correspondence system such as transmission way、topology frame and network standard、confidentiality etc. This thesis elaborates carrying out method of this model and designs the wireless LAN correspondence system for a set of boiler turbine generate equipment according to this model.
