As the Internet gradually stretched into every walk of life, information wave swept the world. The economic structure, mode of production and consumption structure has the significant change by the science and technology in our society. Science bring us convenient and deeply affect our life at the same time. In today’s highly modernized society, the competition between enterprises is also becoming fiercer even than ever. The products, the services and the sales are the part of enterprise’s success. They have important influence. How to excavate the new customers, how to win and retain customers is the decisive factor of enterprise success.Customers are the foundation of an enterprise’s survival, CRM is not only a method, but also a strategic. The core of CRm is to emphasize that customer is the most important. We must make our all effect to understand and satisfied customer.we are continuted to improve the processes which are related of customer. So enterprises can keep an invincible position in the fierce competition.In this thesis, we want to understand the enterprise CRM system status and development trends through the analysis of CRM (customer relationship management) at home and abroad.at the same time; we explained systemtically the necessity of this system. For the traditional hand-based customer management drawbacks We discussed how to effectively implement the internal enterprise information sharing and information management, and maintain consistency of information.Secondly, we discuss the basic concepts, architecture, technology and other factors of customer relationship management and the feasibility of the system. At last, this thesis expounds the whole construction of CRM system; Focuses on the CRM system requirement analysis, system structure, system design and deploy entire process. Which can enable enterprises to obtain comprehensive, complete, timely, the latest customer information, improve business efficiency and improve their core competitiveness. And deployment of the whole process, a brief analysis of experimental results
