With the rapid development of high-tech computer information examination in Guizhou Province, the introduction of CITT unified intelligent examination management system In 2007 has brought about the process automation of examination in test paper making, testing and marking, and the removal of anthropic factors has made the test more fair, objective and rational. However, the poor flexibility and management in students enrollment, fee charging, report generation and results query of ETX test organization management system has resulted in some problems such as low efficiency in manual registration, artificial charging errors, high ratio of artificial checking errors, difficulties in paper archives management and information query. In order to remedy the disadvantages of ETX test organization system, it is imperative to exploit a test station information management system suited for the present high-tech tests. Especially with the popularity of the Internet, the scientific and network management of data by means of the said system has become an urgent need for the informatization development of a high-tech test station.The exploitation of high-tech test station information management system has taken advantage of the B/S structure development mode, mature Visual studio.NET 2008 development tool of Microsoft, Net Framework 3.5 technology, ASP.NET AJAX technology, ADO.NET data access technology, LINQ database technology and SQL Server 2005 database management system, in which four function modules have been designed such as system registry login, system management, examinee service and test affairs management, and eighteen sub-modules of function consisting of examinee enrollment, login, test registry, user management, test registration information settings, graphic information dissemination, system backups, report management, inquiry, grade analysis and etc. These designs has realized data addition, modification, inquiry operation in high-tech test station and the paperless network management and running efficiency have been achieved.By means of Visual Studio.NET 2008, the development and design of high-tech test station information management system has provided solutions to some engineering problems such as examinee ID number verification, electronic photos submission, test admission ticket printing management, charge voucher printing management, data search query, report printing and etc. the author of this thesis has not only conducted in-depth researches on some technologies such as C# programming, WEB controls, validation controls, data binding, data controls, accurate printing of crystal reports and etc. but also made some thorough studies and comparisons between Visual Studio.NET 2008 and other design platforms in terms of programming language, designer, editor and data access technology.
