Production Management Information System Based on Productive Process, the core is using network communication technology, data acquisition technology and through secondary develop the data to form a comprehensive production information management platform, to reach the target of monitor running condition of enterprise energy control, production operations management and key production equipment, at the same time, it can provide bases for energy optimization, production management scheduling and key equipment operation and maintenance.This paper aiming at this issue, through choose the Wonderware INSQL database and SQL Server 2000 as system development platform, to collect the control data of master production, thermal dynamic, air conditioning, hair distribution, water treatment and other systems of the ZhuHai Cellulose Fibers Co., LTD (ZCFC) and form reports.In order to realize the statements of water, electricity, oil, gasoline (gas) and energy level 2 accounting and the production operation management. At the same time, use history/real-time data, through grey theory data mining modeling technology of the Beijing China Real-Time technology LTD proprietary“Based on the similarity principle”-- iEM System, to monitor some key production equipment running status such as the turbine, to realize the state intelligence warning function.This article based on analysis and comparison C/S and B/S model characteristics, put forward the design scheme of aimed at chemical industry characteristics using C/S and B/S mixed structure production management system, this paper expounds the system structure, main function, design method and system characteristics, analyzed the implementation scheme of adopted the ASP, ADO and key technology in this system. It has the important meaning on China’s chemical enterprise improve production management level, reduce cost, improve equipment service life and ensure safety production, etc. This paper describes how to focus on collect water, electricity, oil, gasoline (gas) energy data and consumptive key production equipment monitoring number, and how to realize the energy optimization management and cost accounting; Use the relevant statement analysis software HRD extended the VBA module in Excel, according to factory actual situation to design production real-time data reports, to realize automatic records, statistics, analysis and other function; furthermore, using web publishing technology, all data and equipment production status show to the related users by web search and processing.
