With the improvement and development of agricultural machinery and agronomic measures technology, the machine-transplant rice technology is imperative. On the basis of sevel field experiments under Wuyunjing 19 density, fertilizer application and cultivation technology integration, the primary objective of this study is to expore machine rice yield component and absorb feature of nitrogen, the inmpaction of NPK fertilizer on high yield of rice machinery planting, the quatitative of the major cultivation technongy, and the organization model for Promotion machinery planting rice. The antispated results will be helpful for the precision and quantitative on cultivation of machine-transplant rice. The main findings are as follows:Firstly, the result showed that the Huanmiao stage is much longer after inserting for rice, the started leaves age for tilling is the 6th leaves with a new leaf, and panicle is on the 4-7 leaf of the tiller. In order to obtain the required yield of per mu 700kg, the number of spikelets should be over 28 million, and the best combination of spike grain should be 22 million, total grains per panicle should be more than 130.Secondly, the best ecomomic fertilization principle was analysis. The result showed that nitrogen is most important fertilizer with plus potassium and phosphorus amount. And the economic fertilizer amout of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium for high-yield is 18kg/mu, 5.4kg/mu,9kg/mu, while that for middle field nitrogen is 20kg/mu,6kg/mu,10kg/mu.Further compehesive analysis was conducted on several years experiment of high-yield demonstration, and yield components and principle for panical productive for the 700ky/mu of machine-transplant rice is determined, and the corresponding cultivation technology is put forward.Finally, the organization model for promotion machinery planting rice was proposed. The result showed the agricultural development of social service organizations and the agricultural social service system should be actively guided with the idea of market-oriented. Agricultural production and business organizations should be encouraged to promote agricultural machinery.
