E-commerce platform is a product of the current development of the Internet. Today, Taobao, Amazon and other online stores typically represent the current trend of development of E-commerce. But because of the diversity of demand, Taobao, Amazon, they can not meet all business or personal needs. Therefore we need to take the advantages of open source, carefully listening to each user’s requirements and recommendations, design a personalized e-commerce platform to help businesses get started quickly and achieve a better shopping experience for customers and a better level in terms of product features, stability, the efficiency, load capacity, safety and SEO support (search engine optimization) .This document focuses on introducing a java version of the relational database-based e-commerce platform that copy ECSHOP in function, then from the demand analysis, outline and detailed design, system implementation and testing, performance analysis to explain design and implementation of the e-commerce Platform Promotions Management and Commodities Management module, Focused on the research of the electronic commerce in private cloud of the application, but due to the constraint of my condition,the Google’s cloud computing platform can be applied as the medium, to develop and apply, design and implementation of a social e-commerce the Promotions Management module and Commodities Management module.
