Property management in China started late, legislation often lags behind the practice, the current industry exists in many of the problems with the construction and management, one developer's property management company to monopolize the management of residential property, its root, the selection system of property management companies. perfect but the crux of the problem. The purpose of this paper is an attempt by the perfection of our property management company selection system, standardize property management companies hiring behavior, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, to maintain a fair and effective competition in the property management market order and promote the healthy development of the property management industry.
