Design of Solar Energy Collection Heat Control System for Bathing and Detecting Breakdown

With the rapid development of science and technology and economic, solar energy, which is a clean energy, has been used by more and more countries all over the word. For applications in solar energy, solar water heater has been used more universal by people.This paper designs a large scale solar energy collection heat control system for bathing, which is suitable for enterprise, factory and bath center. This system timing gathers temperature and water level information with lower PIC16F877 MCU. The lower PIC16F877 MCU communicates with upper PIC16F877 MCU by serial port, upper MCU’s man-machine connection connects touchscreen, which can show temperature and water level information. When using water but solarization temperature no achieving the setting value, MCU control electric heater to make water temperature achieve the setting value automatically, it doesn’t need people to control the self-heating time. When water scarcity, it can acousto-optic warning, at the same time can compensate water automatically. The system also has examination and protection function with acousto-optic warning for cracking the tubes and preventing water tank from parching and so on. In this paper, it has hardware circuit of long-distance communication, upper MCU connects Ethernet controller, which can make this equipment enter Internet, and this function provides a hardware platform for service end to detect this system.The solar energy collection heat control system for bathing can realize the functions of showing temperature and water level information automatically; supplementing electric heating for solar energy; automatic and manual run; detecting breakdown; setting parameter flexibly and so on. It compares with the similar products, this system has the characteristics of using more conveniently, operating more easily, more complete function and so on.
