As the arrival of global economy and IT era, there has more competitions than ever, under a circumstance of tough competition, in order to win, to survive and to develop, an enterprise must constantly improve it’s overall performance and efficiencies. Practice shows:The effective method to improve performance and efficiencies is management of performance and efficiencies. The so called management of performance and efficiencies is for the reason to accomplish the subjective of the organization, through the process of constant, open communication, to form the profit and output forecast which is in line with the organizational subjective, and to drive a team and individuals to conduct with favor to the organization. Performance and efficiencies management is an administrative method, which can improve the performance and efficiencies of the employee, It can cultivate the potential of a team and individuals, it can help the organization to win among tough competitions, It is the essence of administration, It has strategic profundity, through management of performance and efficiencies, It can help an organization with constant development in performance and efficiencies; promote to form a enterprise culture which is leading by performance and efficiencies; It can encourage employee, to make them more deeply concerned on work; It can help employees to cultivate their own potential; increase their working satisfaction; increase the team-working spirit and a team’s performance and efficiencies, through constant communication and learning each other, to create a constructive, open relationship between employees and administrators, offering an opportunity for employees to express their working willingness and expectations. Thereby, performance and efficiencies management has became the essential content in modern enterprise management and human resource managementThe 21st century is a brand-new time. The structure of this dissertation is problem proposal, problem analysis and problem solution. The main task is to find how to improve performance evaluation project of Shenyang H Corp..With applying theory to reality method, I studied the performance evaluation procedure which Shenyang H Corp. currently adopts and consequently propose new reform plan. Good performance evaluation system can reflect actual employees’working ability and also their contribution to enterprises. With this evaluation, the employees will get appropriate salary, promotion, training and etc., and their job will also get right approval from the enterprise. It is extremely important for an enterprise to build up efficient, practical evaluation system according to its own conditions. In this way, the enterprises are able to face hot competition in market.Performance evaluation is the foundation of performance management. This paper, taking Shenyang H real estate company as an example, analyzes current situation and the influence factors accordingly based on expatiation of concerned performance evaluation theory. According to the company’s shortcomings of Performance evaluation, the balanced scorecard method and some suggestions are put forward to determine the improving direction of Shenyang H real estate company performance evaluation.Based on the question, to analyze and solve problems as the main line, based on how to improve the Shenyang H real estate company performance evaluation scheme and unfolds, the use of combining theory with practice, to research methods of shenyang H company’s current performance evaluation process, meanwhile, it also puts forward a new reform plan.
