Computer science and high-speed steel manufacturing technology development , the hot rolled integration management has become an inevitable trend of the development of the iron and steel industry . To be to achieve hot rolled integrated production scheduling, a typical problem is the need to address the rolling batch planning , preparation . In this paper, the background of Baosteel hot-rolled production line , hot rolling batch planning schedule . R \u0026 D production planning and scheduling systems , centralized optimization scheduling artificial preparation of production plans , multi-layer management caused unreasonable , inefficient situation changed fundamentally . In this paper, the optimization modeling and intelligent optimization techniques to study the problem of hot rolling batch planning schedule , and the establishment of a mathematical model based on the traveling salesman problem . Type of problem is NP-hard problem in polynomial time , can not find the optimal solution , This article proposes a heuristic algorithm , and the application of decentralized search algorithm to improve it . In addition to the above model and algorithm as the core , the the developed hot rolling batch planning automatic scheduling and optimization software system for the preparation of the iron and steel production in the hot strip rolling plan , hot-rolled steel rolling and cutting plan microcomputer system implementation . Confirmed by actual production data of the simulation results of the model and algorithm is the ideal way to solve scheduling problems rolling batch plan and successful implementation of the on-line hot rolling batch planning process and optimization software system automatic scheduling .
