Research of Measuring Micro-Part’s Basic Characteristics

Part of the basic characteristics of micro accurate measurement of parameters is an important prerequisite to achieve high-precision assembly . The task of this thesis is to micro- parts assembly process, through images based on machine vision measurement system for micro parts constituting the cavity and the basic characteristics of the ball , micro-displacement was measured to obtain three-dimensional reconstruction of the spatial characteristic values ??laid basis , and ultimately micro -precision parts assembly . According to project needs, this thesis two microscopic imaging system constitutes an image measurement system the basic characteristics of micro components measured. According to the measurement program, the establishment of the experimental measuring apparatus is selected to meet the accuracy requirements of the device, to determine the specific measurement method: through dual cameras capture the target image , image processing to extract the two-dimensional position of each plane information , and the use of sub-pixel edge positioning method to improve measurement accuracy , in order to achieve the target geometry parameters for accurate measurement . This paper first introduces the research background of micro- parts assembly , and an overview of the entire micro- parts assembly structure and principle of the monitoring system , a detailed description of the online testing system main components of micro- parts image measurement systems theory theory and experimental results . This micro parts image processing algorithms including image preprocessing, edge detection, line and circle detection and sub- pixel edge positioning of linear and circular fitting, according to various processing algorithms actual measurement results and time to choose an image of this topic processing algorithms , and finally through the resulting linear and circular basic characteristic parameters were obtained to calculate the center of two planes inner cavity , the cavity diameter , micro displacement error , a small center of the sphere coordinates , diameter, and micro- displacement error . Finally stick and a ball through a standard experimental measurements , the measurement error is less than 3? M, the measurement method described herein is feasible .
