The introduction of the policy as the country to encourage the development of coalbed methane resources, the effective development and utilization of coalbed methane resources rational use of coal mine production safety, environmental protection and development of related industries is of great significance. Coalbed methane liquefaction is an effective way to develop the characteristics of China's coalbed methane resources distribution, liquefied coalbed gas has a high volumetric efficiency, the use of skid-mounted design to facilitate the migration of the device, the remote dispersed gas source acquisition . This paper focuses on the skid-mounted coalbed methane liquefaction plant technology further study. First introduced China's CBM development and utilization of domestic and foreign natural gas liquefaction technology research progress at home and abroad working principle and application characteristics of the liquefaction process described and comparative analysis, select the new two-stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process as the object of study. The thermophysical properties combined with conventional natural gas, the thermodynamic properties of the CBM. According to the phase equilibrium calculation method, using the SRK equation CBM main component at a pressure conditions, the results of phase equilibrium changes with temperature. The major thermal parameters the CBM calculation process involved in computing and selected for analysis, the final analysis LKP equation CBM and mixed refrigerant enthalpy-entropy method of calculation. In this paper, taking the ASPEN PLUS process simulation software to calculate and analyze the analysis and selection process equipment modules, in preparation for subsequent calculation of the whole process. Process design on the basis of the new two-stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process, to optimize the design process for CBM features through C3-MRC liquefaction process results with the calculation results in the literature were analyzed, showing calculation software the rationality in the process. By CVMO1 power is the objective function to a reasonable choice of eight components of refrigerant mixture ratio. Analyzing the major source of coalbed methane field gas, and a gas field component design calculations, each node of the process pressure, temperature, enthalpy, entropy, and the gas-liquid fraction, liquefaction rate, purity is calculated and the resulting output , based on the results of major equipment pre-selected type. And the above calculation by changing the conditions of the gas source, the mixed refrigerant based on changing conditions, to study the impact of changes in working conditions of the gas-liquid separator for the liquefaction process, and finally the explosion limit of the liquefaction process.
